Background
I've spent 5 years designing digital products across fintech, healthtech, ecommerce, and consumer apps — and over a decade building visual communications before that. That combination means I think in systems and I design with craft, oriented to results.
How I work
My process starts before the wireframe. I dig into context — the business model, the industry dynamics, the real reason a user behaves a certain way — because surface-level research produces surface-level solutions. I want to understand the "why" behind the problem before I propose anything.
Experience setup
I've worked mostly in lean setups — directly with founders, developers, and stakeholders, owning the full design scope from discovery to handoff. That autonomy taught me to make decisions with incomplete information and defend them with reasoning, which is most of what product design actually is.
On AI
I use AI as a workflow tool — to compress research cycles, stress-test ideas, and move faster on production. It doesn't replace the thinking. It creates space for more of it.
